How Does Ordering Work?

Each order is fulfilled in the order that it is received and is ready to ship out in 7 business days or less. On average, most will go out in just 2-4 business days! Because we want to get your items to you as quickly as possible, if your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately at no extra expense to you.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has shipped.
Once your order has shipped, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We gladly welcome international orders!
International shipments may incur customs fees – the customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

Each order is fulfilled in the order that it is received:
– All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.

– 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.

– We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WILL I BE PROVIDED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?

Some promo items will have tracking numbers and others will not depending on where they are shipping from.
If your item is shipped with a tracking number, it will be provided to you at the time the item ships.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING COSTS?

As soon as you enter your address in the checkout stage, you will see the calculated postage costs. Once you know the final total you can proceed with the payment.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all forms of major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
We also have the option to use PayPal and Stripe Payments. At this time, we do not accept prepaid cards.

How is online payment done?

In terms of transaction processing with Daveliou™, online payments work the same way as in-store payments... The payment processor, or acquirer, processes the payment data and communicates with your credit card network or bank ("issuer bank") to make sure that you the payer has sufficient funds to complete the transaction.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item – Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $47.14 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
